  • We share your data among the companies within the Biofy ecosystem to meet the legitimate interests of the Group and your interests, such as sending advertising, Products, Businesses, and Brand Experiences and cleaning your data, so you do not stop receiving communications;

  • In the development of Biofy's commercial activities, such as, for example, but not limited to, credit card operators, for receiving payments, or with carriers, for product deliveries;

  • By court order or at the request of administrative authorities with legal competence for such request.

  • Our suppliers and partners, such as: data hosting and activities, data security and property security, such as image monitoring, data and advertising tools, marketing, digital and social media, logistics and delivery of products, debt collection and delinquency registration consultancies and fraud prevention, payment processing means, consultative and auditing analyses, credit bureaus.
