Biofy and other companies that belong to the ecosystem may share the information of the Data Subject to fulfill specific purposes and aiming for the operational and developmental activities with third parties, including:

  • We share your data among the companies within the Biofy ecosystem to meet the legitimate interests of the Group and your interests, such as sending advertising, Products, Businesses, and Brand Experiences, and sanitizing your data so that you continue to receive communications;

  • In the development of Biofy's commercial activities, such as, for example, but not limited to, credit card operators for payment receipt or with carriers for product deliveries;

  • Upon a court order or by the request of administrative authorities that have legal competency for their requisition.

  • Our suppliers and partners, such as: data hosting and activities, security of the data subject and property, such as image monitoring, data and advertising tools, marketing, digital and social media, logistics and product delivery, collection and default registration advice, fraud prevention, means and processing of payment, consulting analyses, and auditing, credit bureaus.

WHAT IS THE PERIOD IN WHICH YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS STORED WITH US?

The Personal Data of the subjects is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, unless there is any other reason for their maintenance, such as compliance with legal, regulatory, contractual obligations, among others, provided that based on a Legal Basis.
